The Will Steger Foundation has raised over $9,000 on Give to the Max Day since its launch in 2009. This year with your support we:

• Defended our climate and clean energy legislation passed by Governor Pawlenty in 2007, made possible by Will Steger Foundation outreach
• Elevated our Minnesota high school youth leaders with national and international opportunities
• Celebrated Will Steger’s historical expeditions, which could not be replicated today due to climate change, and generated public awareness of their impact on international policy
• Launched our newest education project focused on Minnesota’s biomes, the impacts of climate change and environmental stewardship.

GiveMN’s Give to the Max Day on November 16th amplifies your giving impact in a number of ways:

• Win a Golden Ticket! $1,000 will be given to a random donor’s charity every hour. You could be that donor! We encourage you to donate either a small amount a few times or at a random hour of the day.
• New this year! $15,000, $10,000 and $5,000 prize grants will be awarded to the top three small nonprofit organizations – with budgets under $750,000 – which receive the most dollars on Give to the Max Day.
