These six interdisciplinary lesson plans were edited and approved by National Geographic Xpeditions and Union of Concerned Scientists, are standards-based, and help students master the requisite background information on global climate change processes, the importance of the Arctic to global climate, the potential effects of global warming in the Arctic, and consider what could/should be done in response. They link to Global Warming 101 expedition video and audio available online, and include additional short activities in the Appendix.
