A key strategy of our policy work is public outreach. By working with the public we are able to galvanize their support for clean energy and climate policies.
To advance state and federal policy that address solutions to climate change, we are mobilizing the public and elected officials through the compelling narrative and credibility of Will Steger's eyewitness account, which documents his 45 years of Arctic travels and firsthand experience with climate change. We do this through community forums with Will Steger and with notable climate change speakers. We also partner with other organizations on climate education and action events such as 350.org’ annual action events.
